Rev. Richard (Dick) Buchman, founding minister of OCC, passed away peacefully on September 16th at the age of 89. Dick was loved by all who knew him, and all of us who are part of the OCC family are beneficiaries of his life and ministry. He will be deeply missed. In grief, we cling to the hope of eternal life in Jesus and commit Dick to the everlasting love of God. Please be in prayer for Dick's family, especially his wife Sandy, his daughter Rebekah (Brian) Barsch and their children Caleb and Chloe; and his stepdaughter Sue (Tony) Peksa and their children Sarah and Julia, who are all part of the OCC family.
Memorial Service
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 30, at 3:00 PM at First Congregational Church, 1511 Church Street, Wauwatosa, WI. Family will greet friends following the service.
