This is so easy; kids and adults just love them.
Recipe for Easy Toffee Bars
1-cup brown sugar
2 sticks of butter
Saltine Squares to
fill a cookie sheet,
1 One ounce bag of MILK chocolate chips
1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cover Cookie Sheet with tin foil and spray with Pam.
3. Take Saltine crackers and put on cookie sheet (set aside)
4. Two sticks of butter and Brown Sugar, boil for 3
minutes, continually stirring –
don’t burn –
5. Pour over saltines and spread
6. Important TURN OFF OVEN - yes turn it off
7. Put Cookie sheet in the oven for 10 minutes.
8. Take out of oven and put MILK chocolate chips on and put back in the oven
for a few minutes to melt.
9. Take out of oven and spread the chocolate.
Cut or break the bars and put them in the fridge to cool – keep in fridge in plastic container
and YUM enjoy.
